      1. Delivery conditions:


      AEON offers free shipping with some conditions as follows:
    • Free shipping <10km: Applies to orders over VND300,000
    • Free shipping <20km: Applies to orders over VND1,000,000
    • Free shipping <30km: Applies to orders over VND2,000,000
      • For locations further away or deliveries to the provinces, please contact customer service.
      This policy is effective from August 5, 2020

      2. Order receipt time (if required for same-day delivery):


      In southern Vietnam:
    • 8a.m. - 2p.m. for electronics items
    • 8a.m. - 4p.m. for food
      • In northern Vietnam:
    • From 8a.m. - 4p.m.

      • Note: Orders placed from 8a.m. - 4p.m.: same-day delivery. Orders placed after 4p.m.: next-day delivery.

      3. Exchange & Returns:


    • Exchange within 14 days: For products purchased at AEON General Merchandising Store & Supermarket. Except for cosmetics, lingerie, fresh and frozen food, pre-cooked food, products damaged due to non-compliance with manufacturer's instructions.
    • Exchange within 10 days: For electronic products. No exchange for Iphone, Ipad and Samsung electronic devices.
